Freight is not included in the prices listed on this website. All freight charges are F.O.B. Vancouver, Washington 98660, but not limited to. Some items ship direct from the manufacturer. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice unless other arrangements are made. EnviroMet makes every effort to provide the most economical shipping method to meet your needs. Rates vary with the quantity and distance the products must travel.
Freight quotes are meticulously researched and provided as a courtesy to our customers. Actual shipping charges may vary and all extra charges due to security, additional services, or special handling at the destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
EnviroMet chooses only the most reputable shipping and freight companies. Most orders leave our facility within 1 – 2 business days. Delivery within the 48 U.S. states require 1 – 5 business days for shipment. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and other counties, may require additional shipping day. Delivery dates are approximate and are not guaranteed.
When your order arrives at the destination, it should be inspected thoroughly. If there is a shortage, please make a notation on the delivery receipt and notify customer service immediately. Any noticeable damage must be marked on the delivery receipt

You may also have your order shipped using a freight company of your choice. Please call our customer service when you place your order to give us your specific instructions.
EnviroMet guarantees its products against defects in workmanship or materials. Any defective products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. In this situation, EnviroMet will pay the shipping charges for the replacement products and return. Please call customer service to report a defective product before returning to EnviroMet.
All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the purchaser must prepay the shipping. Special order or custom items are non-returnable, unless there is a mistake by EnviroMet.
It is expressly understood and agreed that EnviroMet makes no express or implied warranties of fitness or of merchantability or of any other kind whatsoever except that the products sold hereunder shall be of the quantity specified, as to any products which seller has itself purchased and has subsequently sold with no further processing. EnviroMet makes no warranties whatsoever and disclaims any responsibility for such products failing to meet any specifications published by any person other that seller. Buyer assumes all the risk of liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the products whether used singularly or combinations with other substances. EnviroMet’s liability for non-conforming products is exclusively limited, at EnviroMet’s option, to replace the purportedly defective products or to refund the purchase price of such products. Under no circumstances shall seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
EnviroMet will replace or refund any product found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty shall only apply where the buyer has issued written notice to EnviroMet within thirty (30) days of purchase; it does not extend to product abuse, misuse, neglect or accident, nor to product repaired or altered by any other than EnviroMet. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

All invoices are due for payment within 30 days of invoice on approved credit only. Past due balances are assessed a late charge as indicated, or the maximum rate authorized by law or whichever is lower. This late charge will be assessed on past due accounts. In the event any account is not paid when due and legal action is commenced, the prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable attorney fees and court costs, including any cost of appeal. The parties hereby agree that if any suit or action is brought to enforce any part of the terms of sale herein, venue of said suit shall be the option of EnviroMet.
All prices posted on this website are in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars. EnviroMet reserves the right to change prices and shipping allowances without notice should unforeseeable market conditions prevail.

Product Handling and Disposal
Liquids absorbed by absorbent products are not rendered less hazardous, less toxic or less flammable by absorption; liquids remain in their original states. Therefore, caution in the handling, storage, disposal or cleaning of absorbent products after use should be in accordance with the original liquids absorbed. Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet of each liquid absorbed for proper handling. EnviroMet products must be transported and disposed of in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. EnviroMet does not recommend specific procedures due to variances in regulations, applications and liquids used.
Buyer assumes complete responsibility for, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold EnviroMet and its employees harmless from all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, including attorney’s fees and actual costs incurred as a result thereof, on account of injury to any person or any property damage, arising out of the handling, transportation, storage, possession, processing, further manufacture or other use or resale of the products by buyer after the products are delivered to Buyer or upon EnviroMet’s delivery to carrier at shipping point, whether or not such products are handled, stored or used singly or in conjunction with other products.
Buyer agrees that products will be used, handled, stored, transported and disposed of in such a manner as is necessary for the safety and protection of person, property and the environment, and in accordance with applicable governmental laws and regulations. Buyers agrees to instruct its employees with respect to, and make certain that they know and understand, procedures necessary to enable them to comply with the requirements set forth herein and to make certain that they are adequately trained to handle emergency situations arising form the use, handling, storage, transportation and disposition of the products. Buyer further agrees to deliver the most recent edition of such product literature to its employees, agents and customers.
